Vertical Garden Brings Art to Life At National Gallery Singapore

National Gallery Singapore was opened on 24th November after a decade of building and preparations. The opening was celebrated with gusto, gathering 170,000 people within the first two weeks. This modern art museum was converted from the former Supreme Court and City Hall buildings, both of which were built in the 1900s. The two historic monuments were combined and transformed into one grand museum without losing the integrity of their original architecture.

Green Thumbs 2016

Green Thumbs 2016 was held on Saturday, 24 September at Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park. The park was buzzing with activity and excitement from morning to evening with its truckload of activities. Mr Desmond Lee, Senior Minister of State for Home Affairs and National Development was at the event announcing a funding boost of $5.6 million over the next four years for Singapore’s landscape industry.
