Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) is Lendlease’s largest integrated development in Asia. At this year’s Archifest, held from 15-17 May at Marina Bay Sands, Elmich as a strategic partner of this premier architecture event, themed the booth around our commitment to sustainability and a common mission to collaborate with architects to build climate-resilient cities.

VersiJack^® height and slope adjustable pedestals were installed to support the raised deck and pavers at the Sky Terrace (Sky Garden) of Van Holland, a fully-sold freehold condominium located within a minute’s walk to Holland Village MRT station. VersiJack^® pedestals offer a robust yet lightweight solution, providing a stable, level surface that enhances the terrace’s accessibility and ensures a safe walking experience.

A short stroll from City Hall MRT Station is the highly anticipated multi-award winning hotel, Pullman Singapore Hill Street, designed by the renowned DP Architects. 700sqm of VersiWall^® GP (VGP) 2060 Trays were mounted on aluminium panels, establishing high-quality mid to massive-sized lush green walls by the outdoor swimming pool, at the rooftop terraces, by the infinity pool, on the hotel’s façade, and at the lobby’s pick-up/drop off point. Automated irrigation systems were also built into the green walls, releasing precise amounts of water at predetermined times to sustain the plants.

Five minutes walk away from Sembawang MRT station lies Bukit Canberra, a 12-hectare Integrated Sport and Community Hub with a regenerative design. Opening in phases, Bukit Canberra currently houses an indoor sports hall, a polyclinic, an indoor and outdoor gym, swimming pools, childcare and senior centres, an 800-seat hawker centre, and numerous small to large green spaces.

On 15^th December 2023, Singapore Polytechnic hosted the event “Charting Towards Net Zero in the Public Sector”, held in support by the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment and GreenGov.Sg.

15th to 17th November 2023 marked the ninth installation of ArchXpo, an annual exhibition of architecture and the built environment. This year, the excitement was heightened with the unveiling of Elmich’s groundbreaking innovation, the Smart BlueGreen Roof™ , also known as the Modular Stormwater Detention System. The Smart BlueGreen Roof™ addresses the impacts of climate change with improved at-source stormwater management practices through automatic attenuation of stored rainwater.
