Green Walls | Tun Razak Exchange
Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) is Lendlease’s largest integrated development in Asia. The 17-acre development is the first development in Malaysia to achieve a neighbourhood-level provisional Green Building Index (GBI) certification and sets to become Kuala Lumpur’s new Central Business District and Malaysia’s International Financial District.
Instagrammable Green Walls in Luxury Hotel | Pullman Singapore Hill Street
A short stroll from City Hall MRT Station is the highly anticipated multi-award winning hotel, Pullman Singapore Hill Street, designed by the renowned DP Architects. 700sqm of VersiWall® GP (VGP) 2060 Trays were mounted on aluminium panels, establishing high-quality mid to massive-sized lush green walls by the outdoor swimming pool, at the rooftop terraces, by the infinity pool, on the hotel’s façade, and at the lobby’s pick-up/drop off point. Automated irrigation systems were also built into the green walls, releasing precise amounts of water at predetermined times to sustain the plants.
Bukit Canberra Integrated Hub Ft. Sustainable Stormwater Management and Green Spaces
Five minutes walk away from Sembawang MRT station lies Bukit Canberra, a 12-hectare Integrated Sport and Community Hub with a regenerative design. Opening in phases, Bukit Canberra currently houses an indoor sports hall, a polyclinic, an indoor and outdoor gym, swimming pools, childcare and senior centres, an 800-seat hawker centre, and numerous small to large green spaces.
