Elmich joined Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) in conducting a seminar under the BOA-SIA CPD programme at the premises of SIA on 26 September 2013. The seminar addressed the Addendum to the Public Utilities Board (PUB) code of practice on surface water drainage published in June 2013 in which the maximum allowable peak runoff from a development discharged to public drains was specified and also the various options available to meet the new requirements and how designs may be impacted.
