Elmich Landscape Roof interwoven into the roof design of the multi-storey car park at Teck Ghee Vista converted its concrete car park rooftop into a visually appealing 3,500 sq m roof garden that provides a welcomed green recreational space enjoyed by the community.
Apart from the visual and recreational amenity, it also offers environmental benefits, reducing ambient temperature and also enables stormwater management, to mitigate the negative impact of a dense built-up urban environment.
