Elmich Landscape Roof adds an additional 15,000 sq m of amenity space on the rooftop of the multi-storey car park at Casa Clementi, the first HDB estate in Singapore with commercial facilities and a bus interchange built in one complex. This design was awarded the prestigious International Real Estates Federation (FIABCI) Singapore Property Awards 2012 under high-rise residential category.
The sprawling landscaped rooftop serves as a recreational playground, provides environmental benefits by mitigating urban heat island effect and performs stormwater management by reducing peak flows at source. It is also a welcomed visual amenity enjoyed by the estate’s residents as well as the wider community.
