The Promontory @ Marina Bay, Singapore

To provide temporary ground cover for event areas and pedestrian pathways for participants.

TrackGard^® was deployed within the vicinities of The Promontory @ Marina Bay to create temporary event areas and pedestrian pathways.

The hexagonal design of each TrackGard^® tile allows for interlocking supports on all six sides to provide excellent strength and durability for heavy foot traffic. The non-slip surface of TrackGard^® prevented accidental slipping due to wet floor conditions brought about by the rain and provided a mud-free walkway for participants.

The Gate Hotel Tokyo By Hulic, Japan

To establish an outdoor raised floor at the hotel’s open terraces at level 4.

Elmich’s VersiJack^® height and slope adjustable pedestals were used to support the raised pavers on The Gate Hotel Tokyo’s open terraces at level 4. Unsightly services are hidden beneath the raised pavers but are readily accessible for maintenance when required. Necessary adjustments for height were made with the screw and locking ring system in the pedestal creating a level surface for members and guests.

Mandai Wildlife West

To establish fire-resistant raised timber decks at the outdoor seating areas of the cafes and restaurants.

Due to the stringent fire & safety building requirements of this project, a fire-resistant version of VersiJack^® (i.e. VersiJack^® F FR) height & slope adjustable pedestals and aluminium joists were installed to support the raised timber decks of the outdoor seating areas of the cafes and restaurants. Unsightly services are hidden beneath the raised timber decks but are readily accessible for maintenance when required. Necessary height adjustments were made with the screw and locking ring system in the pedestal, creating a level surface for members and guests.

To provide a comprehensive waterproofing system for the roof and basements of the factory.

The Padang, Singapore

To provide temporary ground cover for event areas and pedestrian pathways for National Day Parade spectators, event crew and performers.

Over 2,580 square metres of TrackGard^® (robust portable flooring for temporary access and ground protection) was deployed within the vicinities to create temporary event areas and pedestrian pathways.

The hexagonal design of each TrackGard^® tile allows for interlocking supports on all six sides to provide excellent strength and durability for heavy foot traffic. The non-slip surface of TrackGard^® prevent accidental slipping due to wet floor conditions brought about by the rain and provided a mud-free walkway for spectators, event crew and performers.

To waterproof the rooftop terraces, establish raised wooden decks on the rooftop terraces and provide drainage beneath the planter boxes.

The Royal Condominium, Cambodia

To provide sub-surface drainage for the Intensive Green Roof on the rooftop of the condominium.

Elmich VersiCell^® 3050 drainage modules (drain cells) were installed beneath the geotextile filter fabric layer and the planting soil above. The drainage cavity created enables rapid transport of excess water to drainage points on the roof, preventing waterlogging at the planter boxes and roof gardens. Laid directly on the waterproofing membrane, the modules also provide a protection layer that prolongs the serviceable life of the membrane.

Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention, Singapore

To construct a raised floor with safety support panels.

Raised Floor Installation

VersiScape™ Safety Support Panels supported by VersiJack^® height adjustable pedestals were used to construct the raised floor. Porcelain tiles in variable & conventional layouts were laid on half of the VersiScape™ Safety Support Panels, whilst artificial turf occupied the remaining panels.

Marina Bay Street Circuit, Singapore

To provide temporary ground cover for event areas and pedestrian pathways for Formula 1 spectators.

TrackGard^® was deployed across more than 30 areas within the vicinities of the Marina Bay Street Circuit to create temporary event areas and pedestrian pathways.

The hexagonal design of each TrackGard^® tile allows for interlocking supports on all six sides to provide excellent strength and durability for heavy foot traffic. The non-slip surface of TrackGard^® prevented accidental slipping due to wet floor conditions brought about by the rain and provided a mud-free walkway for spectators.

Edible Pavilion – URA Centre, Singapore

To construct a sustainable edible pavilion in under 1 month.

Upcycled Art Structure (Image 3 & 4)

Over 300 VersiTank^® 555 and 553 modules were assembled and fastened with industrial cable ties to form the enormous art structure. Steel rods were used to support the cantilever construction.
