CapitaSpring, a 51-storey skyscraper, standing 280 metres tall at the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD) is set to open by 2022. The skyscraper holds 29 floors of office space and encompasses Citadines Raffles Place Singapore (managed by Ascott Limited), a residential project with 299 serviced apartments.
Elmich understands that low-income families may be struggling in the pandemic. With hopes to support them through these trying times, Elmich and our business partner, Nature Landscapes came together and donated $60,000 to The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund and $30,000 to the Foodbank Singapore.
On the morning of 12 December 2021, environmentally-conscious architects, family members and friends embarked on the meaningful journey of cleaning the Northern coastal shores of Singapore in an event, “KAYAK N Clean Project”, organised by Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects’ (SILA) and the Kebun Bahru Community Sports Club (KBCSC). Elmich joined in the meaningful event and sponsored waterproof pouches for these wonderful folks.

Upon knowing that they were contributing to a good cause, Elmich chipped in for The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund in support of investing in the lives of our young students. The Business Times and Lianhe Zaobao spoke to three winners of the Enterprise Transformation Award in the annual Enterprise 50 awards for 2018, 2019, 2020 to find out how they did it, how Covid-19 has accelerated the need for transformation, and how businesses can embark on their own transformation. Completed in 2018, Marina One comprises four buildings for office, retail and residence in the heart of Marina Bay. The graduation ceremony for Temasek Polytechnic’s Diploma in Environment Design was held on 4th May 2021. Mr Samuel Lau Ee Bin, part of the course’s final intake, was awarded the Elmich Course Silver Medal.
