On 6 May 2022, Sembcorp officially launched Singapore’s first land-based solar farm with an integrated portable rainwater harvesting system in Tuas Bay Lane, built on approximately 10ha of vacant unoccupied land.
Situated on the 27th floor of Shaw Centre at Scotts Road, lies 67 Pall Mall Singapore, a new private members’ wine club for wine enthusiasts.
CapitaSpring, a 51-storey skyscraper, standing 280 metres tall at the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD) is set to open by 2022. The skyscraper holds 29 floors of office space and encompasses Citadines Raffles Place Singapore (managed by Ascott Limited), a residential project with 299 serviced apartments.
Elmich understands that low-income families may be struggling in the pandemic. With hopes to support them through these trying times, Elmich and our business partner, Nature Landscapes came together and donated $60,000 to The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund and $30,000 to the Foodbank Singapore.
On the morning of 12 December 2021, environmentally-conscious architects, family members and friends embarked on the meaningful journey of cleaning the Northern coastal shores of Singapore in an event, “KAYAK N Clean Project”, organised by Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects’ (SILA) and the Kebun Bahru Community Sports Club (KBCSC). Elmich joined in the meaningful event and sponsored waterproof pouches for these wonderful folks.
