VersiJack a part of Tennis History
Elmich is proud to have been a part of tennis history at the BNP Paribas Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Finals Singapore held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium from October 17 to October 26, 2014. The 2014 WTA Finals was held in the Asia-Pacific for the first time, engraving Singapore in the honour roll with eight past host cities. The tournament also made history as one of the inaugural events of the S$1.3 billion Singapore Sports Hub.
The Finals is the championship year-ender of the 2014 WTA Tour, the elite professional tennis circuit organized by the WTA for the 2014 tennis season. Eight singles players, including current world No. 1 and eventual winner of the singles competition, Serena Williams, and eight doubles teams pitted their skill, athleticism and spirit one against the other, as only the very best in the world qualify.
Whilst the elite top-ranked players demonstrated their dazzling footwork and court craft, VersiJack pedestals demonstrated its hard-hitting position as a pedestal above the rest for decking. The height-adjustable and slope-adjustable bearer support not only enabled the bedecked area on the asphalt car park and road at the tournament’s event centre to be quickly installed but was also a polished gem at the conclusion of tournament making dismantling and removal of the temporary event decking a breeze.
