Elmich has signed an investment deal with the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Company (SSTEC) on 8 March, effectively taking advantage of the platform provided by the SSTEC and the International Enterprise Singapore’s (IE Singapore) fresh funding support for Singapore-based companies looking to enter the North China market.
