REPORT To: Senior Manager, Regional (Waterproofing)
Job Description
– Sales of specialist coating systems to flooring, as well as chemical retaining substructure to contractors and sub-contractors.
– Develop customer networks and build relationships with key customers. Preferability with the existing network to the owner, main contractors, and subcontractors.
– Prepare tender documents & quotations for submission and attend tender interviews.
– Develop accurate project tracking and sales forecast reports.
– Able to conduct Product Presentations to customers.
– Provide technical service support to customers.
– Work closely with various departments for timely delivery.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
– Diploma or Degree in Building, Architecture, Sales & Marketing or Engineering preferred
– 3 years of work experience in the construction industry
Preferred Skills
– Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint)
– Self-motivated and result-oriented team player who can work under pressure.
– Good Interpersonal Skills
– A class 3 driver’s license is a plus
Job Title: Sales Executive (Urban Greenery / Landscape)

Location: Singapore
Level/Salary range: $3,000 to $3,800 monthly
REPORT To: Assistant Director, Urban Greenery
Job Description
– Generate a list of new customer every month from landscaping, retail, maintenance, and tree cutting.
– Maintain contact with all customers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
– To create at least one sale from the new customer.
– Assist in reading and calculating the quantity of product(s).
– Well-versed in ERP system – Customer interaction / Quotation / Sales Order / Projects input.
– Process the purchase order after it is received.
– To have a basic understanding of plants and trees in order to help with product sales for landscaping projects.
– To be able to visit the site as needed.
– Product training will be provided.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
– Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Landscaping, or other relevant disciplines.
– Preferably with knowledge and established relationships with Developers, Contractors, Architects, and Structural Consultants.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to deal with contractors from China
– Must be prepared to attend to customers’ queries after office hours and on weekends for ongoing projects.
