To provide pedestal system to support bearers for installation of timber decking on Enviromental Deck (E-Deck) and conceal services and pump system for water feature.
Solution
VersiJack® pedestals support the metal bearers beneath wooden panels for the installation of extensive wooden decking on Level 5 of the building. Unsightly services are hidden beneath the raised decking but are readily accessible for maintenance when required. Necessary adjustments for height were made with the screw and locking ring system in the pedestal creating a level surface for patients, visitors and loved ones who seek fresh air on the E-Decks.
