In an interview with Lianhe Zaobao (联合早报), Executive Chairman Mr Alan Lee shares about Elmich’s growth and strategies to stay ahead of the matured urban greenery business in Singapore.
Mr Lee attributes Elmich’s success to several factors: expertise in engineering and design; research & development and intellectual property rights; and resolute emphasis on quality. “Our most important asset is our human capital, which enables us to execute the right quality assurance process and deliver products of top quality,” Mr Lee said.
