On 15th December 2023, Singapore Polytechnic hosted the event “Charting Towards Net Zero in the Public Sector”, held in support by the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment and GreenGov.Sg.
The event welcomed esteemed guests, including Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Sustainability and the Environment, Mr Baey Yam Keng. Mr Baey’s speech highlighted the public sector’s commitment to achieve net zero emissions around 2045. Mr Soh Wai Wah, Principal of Singapore Polytechnic, also shed insights on the institution’s journey and approaches towards achieving their net zero target.
