Establish Sub-Surface Drainage System beneath landscaped areas and inside planter boxes – Image 1 to 9
VersiCell® drainage cells were installed beneath the soil and within the planters at the communal sky terrace, roof garden, cascading green terrace, and digital canyon to facilitate efficient drainage of excess water, preventing waterlogging. Drip irrigation systems were added to ensure the health of the vegetation.
Establish Fire Engine Accessways at Green Communal Lawn and Campus Court – Image 10 to 14
TurfPave® XD grass pavers were installed beneath the grounds at the Green Communal Lawn and the Campus Court.
Establish Rainwater Harvesting System at Rain Gardens – Image 15 to 17
VersiTank® modules enveloped with geotextile were installed underneath the rain gardens, creating an underground stormwater detention tank (i.e. rainwater harvesting system).
