VGP Green Wall at the Singapore Garden Festival

Elmich’s VGP green wall was successfully incorporated in the Balcony Gardens competition entry by The Nature Company at the Singapore Garden Festival 2014, held at Gardens By The Bay this year from 16 to 24 August. Covering a major portion of the right wall of the balcony, the VGP Green Wall stood highly visible, both above and through the glass balcony rails, as icing on the cake in the delightful balcony garden design by Mr Alan Wong. The entry which attracted many captivated visitors went on to clinch the “GOLD” award under the Balcony Gardens category of the competition. Read more

An Introduction to StrataCell

Mr Ben Gooden, Managing Director of Citygreen, enlightened more than 70 architects about the use of StrataCell to aiad in tree establishment in built environments at a Singapore Institute of Architects-Elmich Seminar on 14 August 2014. The seminar, part of the SIA Professional Knowledge Series, shed light on tree and engineering issues when a tree is brought into a built environment and addressed current best practice in dealing with them, including use of StrataCell.
