The impact of COVID-19 has been intensifying as the pandemic continues spreading globally. While we have to remain focused on our mission, the crisis has evolved to a scale that cannot be ignored. Elmich is actively monitoring the situation and making the relevant changes to protect our customers, partners, employees and business.
We are committed to carrying out our daily operations with minimal disruptions while keeping our employees safe and healthy and preventing community spread. Several preventive and health monitoring measures have been implemented, including:
- reduced face-to-face communications with our business partners
- work-from-home arrangements
- video conferencing to replace physical meetings
- temperature taking twice a day
- consulting doctor immediately if feeling unwell or temperature above 37.5 °C
- availability of face masks and hand sanitizer for use in the office
Amidst this period of uncertainty, new restrictions imposed by governments around the world to limit the spread may disrupt the conduct of our operations. Our response plans will then adjust accordingly to determine how we can continue delivering the most value to our customers.
We cannot allow the circumstances to limit us, but we can adapt to overcome it. The continued support from our customers and partners spurs us to continue serving our mission while navigating through this difficult time.
