VersiJack height adjustable pedestals with spacer tabs were used to support granite pavers and facilitate accurate spacing and alignment of the pavers at the backyard and pool surrounds of the sea-front bungalow. To provide paver support to support pavers on extensive courtyard and walkway areas of the University.

VersiJack pedestals were positioned on insulation boards placed over the concrete slab to facilitate the installation of the pavers. Any rainwater quickly disperses through the gaps between pavers and is drained away enabling paver surfaces to dry out quickly. Eliminating bedding sand substantially reduced the weight bearing load on the building structure and the air gap between pavers and the waterproofed reinforced concrete slab helps to create a cooler building and also reduces sound transmission to the level below.

VersiPave GP paver supports have individually adjustable chocks in each quadrant which are employed to ensure a secure level paved surface. To enable VersiPave GP to be placed against the sides, they are halfed by breaking along the middle quadrant line. The raised pavers facilitate rapid drainage and eliminate problems associated with efflorescence as well as the need for heavy bedding sand or cement screed. The paved skirting allows easy maintenance access to the planter boxes on the sides of the building and perimeter of the landscape roof.

VersiPave GP paver supports eliminate the use of heavy bedding sand and thereby minimise load bearing on the building structure above the underground car park. Pavers supported by VersiPave GP hide services, reduce heat and sound transmission, allow easy access to waterproofing membranes when required and eliminate formation of efflorescence. Individually adjustable chocks on each quadrant of VersiPave GP ensure that paved surfaces are level. VersiPave 10 & 30mm Extenders were used to compensate for falls to drainage outlets whilst quick and efficient drainage of water from the paved areas is facilitated by the 4mm spacing between pavers.
