The coastal promenade, in the form of a boardwalk will be built over the seawall, cantilevered to bring visitors closer to the water\u2019s edge.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Elmich Green Roof was constructed to reduce the transference of heat from the roof to the interior space below and to blend the toilet at the front of a long jetty at the park into the surroundings. The Green Roof uses <a href=\"https:\/\/elmich.com\/asia\/products\/versidrain-25p\/\">VersiDrain 25P<\/a> to provide water retention and drainage, and a geotextile filter fabric to retain the planting media.<\/p>\n<p>VersiDrain 25P keeps the lawn well irrigated and thriving during dry spells, through delivery of stored water via evaporation and capillary action.
