The program was designed to invoke and stimulate their sensory perceptions and adopted a holistic approach in teaching how nature can be reintegrated into our urban spaces.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/elmich.com\/asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/News-Experiential-Learning-01.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8752\" src=\"http:\/\/elmich.com\/asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/News-Experiential-Learning-01-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"News - Experiential Learning 01\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elmich.com\/asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/News-Experiential-Learning-01-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/elmich.com\/asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/News-Experiential-Learning-01-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elmich.com\/asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/News-Experiential-Learning-01.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>BCA final year students with the model mockups and Elmich trainer<\/em><br \/>\nThe students were introduced to urban design concepts such as Skyrise Greenery (green roofs and green walls) and stormwater management through a methodical learning program. This included site visits and a series of lectures, as well as model making (mock ups and Building Information Modeling) to further reinforce their visual and cognitive knowledge.
