{"id":8547,"date":"2014-02-04T17:52:22","date_gmt":"2014-02-04T06:52:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elmich.com\/asia\/?p=8547"},"modified":"2023-07-21T10:01:21","modified_gmt":"2023-07-21T02:01:21","slug":"vgm-green-walls-double-bay-residences","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elmich.com\/asia\/vgm-green-walls-double-bay-residences\/","title":{"rendered":"VGM Green Walls @ Double Bay Residences"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Elmich VGM Green Wall turns all five levels of the Clubhouse fa\u00e7ade and a free-standing wall at the entrance to Double Bay Residences into exciting living walls.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vertical greening 15 metres of the fa\u00e7ade, covering 140 sq m and spanning five levels, of the condominium\u2019s clubhouse has made it a talking point while a 56 sq m Elmich VGM Green Wall stands majestically at the main entrance of the condo to welcome residents and greet visitors.<\/p>\n<p>To facilitate easy maintenance at the fifth level of the clubhouse, 15 m from ground level, VGM modules were bolted directly onto a metal framework, which enables pairs of adjacent vertical rows of VGM modules to swing inwards like windows.
