The open terraces consist of a stone wall fountain, a beautiful green lawn, an olympic-sized swimming pool, and a kids splash pad (outdoor games court).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Resistance to mould and algae render <a href=\"https:\/\/elmich.com\/asia\/products\/versijack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VersiJack<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> ideally suitable for the installation in constantly wet and damp environments.\u00a0The installation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/elmich.com\/asia\/products\/versijack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VersiJack<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/elmich.com\/asia\/products\/versicell-3050\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VersiCell<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> systems took around 3 months.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;18898&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; animation=&#8221;none&#8221; animation_delay=&#8221;200&#8243;][vc_column_text animation=&#8221;none&#8221; animation_delay=&#8221;200&#8243;]<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AbWRbpFn7Eo\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;&#8221; animation=&#8221;none&#8221; animation_delay=&#8221;200&#8243; el_id=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Kids Splash Pad (Outdoor Games Court)<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A constant 4 mm gap between pavers maintained by Spacer Tabs mounted on the <a href=\"https:\/\/elmich.com\/asia\/products\/versijack\/\">paver pedestal<\/a> tops allows water issuing from the fountain spouts to seemingly disappear upon coming into contact with the paver surface, keeping areas beyond the boundaries of the raised paver area completely dry. The pump mechanism and required cabling for the pump are safely and unobstructively hidden in the void space beneath the raised pavers.
