The Club boutique hotel located at Ann Siang Road underwent a nine-month extensive refurbishment before reopening\u00a0 in August 2015, and featured newly defined spaces as well as four food and beverage options under one roof including the highly acclaimed B28 underground whisky bar and Tiger\u2019s Milk, the first Peruvian themed rooftop bar in Singapore.<\/p>\n

Tiger’s Milk which is perched atop at The Club offers a panoramic rooftop view of its surroundings; from the quaintly restored shophouses which were once the traditional home of clan associations and exclusive social clubs, to the old colonial buildings from an era gone.<\/p>\n

Tiger\u2019s Milk comprises of an indoor bar on one side and spacious open terrace with alfresco seat dining on the other side, where guests can enjoy their meals with a view of both Ann Siang Hill and an open-fire barbecue grill. Its menu offers Peruvian classics with a twist such as causa, anticuchos and Peruvian cocktail, Pisco Sour.<\/p>\n

Behind the elaborate furnishes of this exotic restaurant and bar, Elmich\u2019s VersiPave\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> was a natural choice when it came to raising the pavers at the roof during the refurbishment.\u00a0 VersiPave\u2019s unique sectioned design enables it to be separated on-site for flush placement along edges and corners. Its integrated adjustable chocks at each of its quadrants may be adjusted in 1 mm increments to allow compensation for the difference in paver thickness, thus creating a level floor. Raising pavers also provides surface drainage and reduces unsightly efflorescence and algae growth. Creating safe and attractive roof surface has never been this easy, thus making the transformation of the roof to a F&B outlet an easier task.<\/p>\n
