SpiraPave pedestals are currently being installed at The Arte @ Thomson to support granite pavers at very low heights. SpiraPave is the new generation pedestal designed and produced by Elmich. The pedestal consists of top and bottom components paired to create different heights, and can be further height adjusted in 1mm increments. A minimum height of 12mm also allows SpiraPave to be used in areas where conventional pedestals are generally too high.
Designed by award winning architect firm, SCDA Architects, The Arte @ Thomson consists of twin 36 storey towers and is expected to be completed in 2012. SpiraPave will be used at the condominium’s elaborate landscaped garden to help create a checkered water court and other recreational facilities.
