GKC Partners Programme

Elmich Pte Ltd is amongst the first cluster of twelve Singaporean small and medium-sized enterprises who have signed Letters of Intent with Singbridge on 26th April 2011 to provide products and services for the start-up residential project in the GKC. The residential project will have a gross floor area of more than 268,000 sq m, and create some 2,000 smart-eco homes and a signature clubhouse. To be jointly developed by Singbridge and Wing Tai Holdings, it will be designed by world-renowned Foster + Partners, and be built in phases over five years on a 10-hectare site.

Singbridge International Singapore Pte Ltd invests in, develops and manages integrated cities and sustainable urban solutions overseas, leveraging on Singapore’s successful development experience. This initial in-road into China and possible other subsequent joint-venture projects by Singbridge in China will form the platform for Elmich to engage, expand and build track record in China.
