To provide stable deck supports for an extensive area of approximately 1300m2 at the front of the Hotel including the pool surrounds and path ways.
Solution
VersiJack bearer support pedestal are used for this large timber deck area as they are lightweight, do not need to be mechanically fastened to the floor slab and are height and slope-adjustable. The raised wooden deck comprising of large pre-fabricated panels supported on VersiJack pedestals securely locked at required heights to ensure a firm and level surface allow services to be hidden and water to drain freely away keeping the deck surface safe and dry.
