What is EuraPlan™

EuraPlan™ is a polymeric PVC-based waterproofing membrane that is reinforced with a polyester fibre mesh, to bolster the membrane’s strength and elastic capabilities.

EuraPlan™ is resistant to weathering and permanent UV irradiation, and thus can be utilised as an exposed waterproofing membrane. This allows the membrane to be installed on flat roofs and decking areas for both exposed and concealed applications.

EuraPlan™ boasts high resistance to aging, tensile strength and vapour permeability, which makes it excellent for Singapore’s erratic climate. In addition, the membrane also meets the stringent fire performance standards of the European Union.

Substrate quality:
The substrate must be uniform, smooth and free of any sharp protrusions. Metal surface should be degreased with cleaner before the adhesive is applied.

Compatibility:
Not compatible with materials containing bitumen, tar, oils, solvents. In order to prevent a direct contact to polymers of other groups, such as foamed polystyrene, polyurethane, polyisocyanurate, phenol-containing foams, it is recommended to apply a separation geotextile or glass-fibre mat layer.
