Elmich conducted a technical seminar on “Waterproofing Systems for Basements” under the Technical Lecture Series at the Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) premises in Kuala Lumpur on 27 April 2018.
A joint collaboration with PAM, a national professional institute representing architects in Malaysia, the seminar had over 100 registrants consisting of architects, engineers, developers and contractors.

Elmich’s representative, Mr. Raymond Yong, shared valuable insights on what is important when specifying, designing and constructing watertight basements. Mr. Eugene Ang also introduced various innovative methods of waterproofing to the attendees prior to the main presentation.
The night ended with a networking session consisting of a Thai-themed delicacy at the rooftop space of the PAM building.
