Elmich’s Green Roof system, consisting of a VersiDrain 25P drainage and water retention layer, a geotextile filter fabric and EnviroMix GR, a primarily inorganic planting media, and selected drought-tolerant plants, was employed to great success in making the stunning green roofs possible, helping the condominium to achieve its sustainability goals.
