To provide the Green Roof System to establish an extensive green roof on the rooftop of the Clubhouse of the condominium, housing the gymnasium, multi-purpose hall, changing rooms with steam rooms and handicap toilets.
Solution
The 457 sq m green roof was established using the Elmich Green Roof System, comprising VersiDrain® 25P water retention and drainage sheet, a geotextile filter fabric and EnviroMix® GR, a primarily inorganic soil-less lightweight planting media.
The 405-unit condominium of four 15-storey blocks has full condo facilities. It overlooks the Bedok Reservoir and enjoys commanding vistas of the shimmering calm waters of the Reservoir, where a host of water sports and activities are possible.
